Return and Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re happy to accept returns on eligible items.
๐งพ Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as they are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags still attached.
Please note: We are unable to accept returns on products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
๐ Exchanges
For products with a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $9.99 or more, we offer a one-time exchange service.
Before submitting a claim, please email us with your order # and photos of the defects to[email protected] We will arrange for a replacement bed immediately after confirming the defects.
We provide limited warranty coverage on qualifying products for up to 45 days from the date of purchase. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible.

๐ณ Refund Process
Returns are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your item. Once your return is approved and processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 5 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
